This hearty soup is a beautiful addition your repertoire of one-pot dishes. We combine a delicious medley of seasonal vegetables, borlotti beans and pasta into a rich soup, with a savoury base of tomato and fresh herbs. This dish is incredibly versatile and will carry you from early spring into the summer and beyond. You will learn the elements of building the soup from the base and what gives minestrone its unique place among the soups.


All our Monday Night Cooking classes are relaxed and fun and are at our teaching kitchen near Finsbury Park, a stone’s throw from Seven Sisters Road. We want people to get into the kitchen, learn some tips & techniques, and experience the magic of wholefoods at home.
